We
have very high standards for all of our employees when we they
interact with your customers whether on the phone or in person. Each
employee of our Company is instructed to fully identify themselves at
all times and show their identification business card when in the
field. Our Company employees show business professionalism at all
times.
Each employee is instructed to be tactful, courteous and be
professionally dressed to meet your customers in the field. Our
employees make every effort to obtain the information necessary to
complete the inspection. Each of our employees have been instructed not
to talk to your customers about any other information or answer
questions that do not pertain to the information gathering phase of the
inspection. If your customer shows a definite lack of cooperation in
regards to the inspection, our employees have been instructed to
gracefully withdraw. We do not want to jeopardize the relationship
between your company and your customer.
Service
Time
Our
Company makes every effort to accommodate your request for turn
around time on inspections. Inspections normally are completed within
10 business days unless there is adverse weather conditions, unusually
remote locations, unavailable customer or wrong address. In the event
that we cannot complete an inspection for any reason, we will notify
you by phone or email within 24 hours.
If you or your Company has an urgent request for a inspection, we will
make every effort to accommodate your request and communicate the
information via phone or email. |
