Our compensation comes solely from the fees paid by our clients. We do
not accept any form of commissions or finders fees paid by clients or
others. Our services are billed per inspection, plus expenses when
necessary, depending on the type of inspection completed. We can also
arrange for continuing services under monthly retainer that would
include a specified number of inspections per month. Fees are always
negotiable.
Clients are first requested to fill out ACCOUNT
REGISTRATION FORM prior to Irvine Inspections conducting
inspections. This form can be submitted online through our website or
faxed. Clients have the choice of paying by cash, check or setting up
an account with our company. Clients with accounts, are billed twice a
month for inspections and expenses incurred. Fees are based on
negotiated figures. We would be happy to review your request for
service and develop inspection reports tailored to your specific needs.
Disclaimer: Every effort is made to provide our customers with accurate
inspection reports. Inspection reports are based upon observations made
on the day we visit the premises. Our reports are also based on access
we had at the time of inspection. Therefore, the inspection reports
will not reflect exposures not present or seen on the day of the
inspection. We simply gather data, take photographs, and make
observations. We are professionals, but not experts in any particular
field. Our inspection reports are based on our clients needs. We do not
assume any legal liability due to the possible misinformation given by
any representative of our company, nor inaccuracies, human errors, etc.
in any report, nor do we assume any liability for delayed reports for
any cause.
If our client is not satisfied with our inspection services, we will
gladly offer our client a refund on any service rendered. Maximum
refund is limited to the price of inspection report originally
requested.
